Trey is the visionary founder and driving force behind Design One Contracting.

Over 25 years ago, he launched the company as a one-man mowing operation, and through hard work and determination, has grown it into one of the region’s fastest growing excavation enterprises. Today, Design One offers a full spectrum of construction and landscape services—with a strong specialization in earthwork and excavation—while also providing top-tier industrial erosion control, storm drain installation, and commercial landscape and irrigation solutions.

When he’s not leading his team to new heights in the construction industry, Trey enjoys spending time on his farm. Together with his father, he maintains one of the largest antique tractor collections in several states—a testament to his deep appreciation for agricultural heritage. This passion culminates each year in the celebrated Bohannan Farms Antique Tractor Show, now in its 5th Annual edition, with proceeds benefiting local Shriners and Make-A-Wish organizations.

Trey’s commitment to excellence and community has not gone unnoticed. In May 2024, Design One Contracting was honored as the Arkansas Business of the Month by Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, a recognition that underscores both his leadership and the company’s outstanding contributions to the industry.

Through every project and community initiative, Trey continues to set the standard for innovation, quality, and service in the construction and excavation field.
